And the truffles are born! Though still in their infancy. I'm fairly certain the high alcohol content is increasing the required chill time for my ganache. Several attempts at truffle rolling have yielding a hand full of chocolate that couldn't go back into the bowl. I bet you can't guess what happened to it!
I will chill overnight and see how things look in the morning.
Oh yes. I forgot to mention in my introduction that I do not have a digital camera. Sort of ruins some of the fun of food blogging...
